Big Box is used for the assembly of embedded 230V electrical fittings with maximum 70W light source in a ventilated ceiling.
Big Box is tested and approved by INTERTEK - SEMKO AB. The material can be 100% recycled. Look under the tab Tester to see all test results.
When installing in a soft ceiling, the Big Box is compliable with the assembly disc F.E.E.
A normal installation demands that the installer disconnects the connection cable from the transformer and runs it through the rubber covered opening. Thereafter, the cable is connected to the tranformer.
Big Box uses slit openings, which means that the cable does not require dissconnection from the transformer. In a fast and simple way, one can run the cable through the already present slit in the side of the Big Box up to the cable hole.
