The assembly disc is used to assemble downlights in soft ceilings to prevent downlights, clips, transformers and cables from piercing through the soft ceiling surface. The products covers the small, medium and large series of downlights.
The flexible system F.E E ( Flexible, Economic, Environment friendly) means that every assembly disc is equipped with several indented rings of different diameters. In that way, every assembly disc fits many of the most used downlights found on the market today. Every indented ring is held in place by 4 perforated clips Which can be easyily cut off during installation.
The assembly disc is easy to install because:
- During the assembly of the transformer no drilling is required. With the simple use of a screwdriver, the transformer is attached firmly to the assembly disc.
- It is light in weight
- It has no sharp edges that may cause injury to the installer
The products are tested and approved by INTERTEK - SEMKO AB.
The material is 100% recycable.
